By accessing or using the Telemed Advisors website, client portal, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Telemed Advisors provides consulting services for telehealth organizations, including payer enrollment and credentialing, provider network operations, clinician recruitment, legal and compliance guidance, HR and benefits consulting, financial planning, and custom software development. Specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements between you and Telemed Advisors.

3. Client Portal Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to Telemed Advisors text messages, you agree to receive recurring appointment reminders, consultation follow-ups, and account notification messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies (typically 2–4 messages per month).
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming your unsubscription.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Payments and Booking

Consultation bookings and other payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. Fees for consulting engagements are set forth in your engagement agreement. Except as required by law or expressly stated in an engagement agreement, payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Telemed Advisors or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of custom-built deliverables is governed by your engagement agreement.

7. No Professional Advice Without Engagement

Content on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. Professional guidance is provided only under an executed engagement agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telemed Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or client portal at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to Telemed Advisors or other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
